A Knock At Midnight‘s Culinary Arts Program prepares Students (18 – 26 Years Old) for a Career in the Food Service and Culinary Arts Industries.
The Food Service and Culinary Arts Curriculum includes:

- Storage & Serving of Food
- Cash Handling
- Customer Service
- Workplace Safety
The Work Readiness Curriculum includes:
- Basic Life Skills
- Resume Writing
- Workplace Professionalism
- Mock Interviews
- Work Ethics
- Basic Computer Skills
- Communications
- Financial Management
Program Participants will be prepared to test for the following industry certifications:
- Nationally Recognized Servsafe Food Protection Manager
- Nationally Recognized OSHA 10 Restaurant Safety
- City of Chicago 10 Restaurant Industry
- FTF Culinary Arts
- FTF Soft Skills Training
